Rosslyn Heights: Signs of Clarity

The leasing office was difficult to locate, building identifiers lacked consistency, and deliveries and guests often had trouble navigating the property.

What followed was a redesign that improved both function and brand cohesion. With no original design files available, EPI reverse-engineered key elements, matched fonts, and selected materials built for outdoor durability. The final signage package featured black acrylic backers with white dimensional lettering, offering high contrast and a modern, consistent look across all buildings and gates.

Throughout the ten-week project, EPI provided digital proofs, advised on material and mounting selections, and coordinated directly with the property team. Installation was completed with minimal disruption, and final placement was reviewed on-site to maximize visibility and impact.

Feedback was immediate and positive. Residents appreciated the clearer navigation, and the upgraded presentation elevated the overall appearance of the community. The leasing office became easier to find, and the cohesive visual system reinforced the property’s identity.
