Vector artwork in .ai, .eps or .pdf, plus your brand standards and any architectural plans you have. Raster art should be supplied at final size with 0.125 in bleed. Large sets can be dropped through our file transfer link rather than email.
Banner and window work is often surveyed, printed and installed inside two weeks. Fabricated exterior and garage signage runs four to eight weeks depending on permits and finishes. Wayfinding systems are scoped by sign count, and we phase installation so occupied floors keep working.
Yes. We identify the permit path during survey, produce stamped drawings where a jurisdiction requires them, and carry the submission through review. ADA and life-safety signage is produced to the applicable standard rather than approximated.
For temporary construction and leasing graphics, 13 oz scrim vinyl or printed mesh on a tensioned frame. For permanent identification, painted aluminum, acrylic faces and UV-stable laminates. We specify to the exposure of the site, not to a catalog default.
We keep your artwork, sign schedule and hardware specs on file, so a tenant change or a damaged panel is a reprint and a service call rather than a new project. Scheduled refresh programs are available for garages and high-abrasion retail environments.
