BMC Headquarters: Environmental Graphics & Brand Experience
Corporate Branding · Corporate
From Concept to Execution we build the Brand into the Building.
EPI-Colorspace designs, fabricates and installs lobby identity, dimensional letters, recognition walls and custom framing across the DMV, then rolls the same standards out floor by floor and site by site. Your team keeps working while the space changes around them.
We specialize in transforming a wide variety of spaces, from lobbies and elevator banks to executive floors and regional offices, into places that carry the brand consistently. Design, fabrication and installation all sit under one roof in Gaithersburg, which is why a wall approved on Wednesday can be finished before Monday standup.
Brand identity in a building only works when it is built well. We survey the walls, engineer the mounting, and install with precision craftsmanship so letters stay level and finishes still look right years later.
We scope a branding program space by space, so the budget goes where employees, candidates and clients actually stand.
Dimensional logos, backlit letters and feature walls that set the tone in the first ten seconds. Mounted to pattern so the reveal lines stay true.
Award, patent and donor displays built to grow. Modular plates and rails mean next year's names are an add, not a rebuild.
One standard applied across floors, buildings and regional offices, kitted and scheduled by location so every site opens looking the same.
Branded room identity, boardroom logo walls and presentation backdrops finished to the tolerance an executive floor gets judged on.
Gallery-quality framing, mounting and hanging for photography, awards and donor pieces, delivered ready to hang with a documented layout.
We guide you from the first site visit to the finished space. Explore the four steps to see what happens next and how we work around your team.
Show us the areas you want to update and tell us what you want people to notice. We take measurements, check the surfaces and discuss how your office is used.
We create designs using your logo, colors and brand guidelines. You review how they will look in your actual space, and we make adjustments together.
We print, build and prepare your signs, graphics and framed pieces at our headquarters. Your approved designs guide the work, and we check everything before installation.
We coordinate with your team and building management to choose a suitable time. Where needed, we work in stages or outside office hours to reduce disruption.
Give the pieces you already own a polished, coordinated look. We help you choose frames, plan where everything will hang and install it neatly, whether you have a few awards or a collection across several floors.

The questions workplace and marketing teams ask us most, answered plainly.
Yes. We document the specification once, keep the artwork and hardware on file, and kit each site to the same drawings. A new office or a replacement panel three years later matches what is already installed rather than approximating it.
Yes, and most of our workplace programs are installed that way. Crews work evenings, weekends or one floor at a time, badged and cleared with building management, with floor protection down and the area cleaned before the space reopens.
A single reception mark or recognition wall is usually surveyed, fabricated and installed inside three to four weeks. A multi-floor or multi-site program runs five to eight weeks, mostly driven by approvals and lead times on lit and metal elements.
That is most of what we do. Send your standards, any photography you own and a floor plan, and our designers develop the applied identity inside your existing brand rather than around it.
Vector artwork in .ai, .eps or .pdf, plus your brand standards and a floor plan if you have one. Raster art should be supplied at final size with 0.125 in bleed. Large sets can be dropped through our file transfer link rather than email.
“I wanted to send my appreciation and BRAVOS to you and your team for such an amazing visual presence at our new space…IT PROVIDED THE WOW FACTOR WE WERE LOOKING FOR!”
Send a floor plan, a scope or just a photo of the lobby. We bring visions to life, and we will tell you honestly what your schedule and building rules allow.
