The questions marketing and facilities teams ask us most, answered plainly.
It depends on viewing distance. Interior murals read from a few feet, so we want 100 to 150 ppi at final size. A banner read from across a parking lot is fine at 72 ppi. Send what you have and we will tell you whether it will hold up before we print.
We profile our printers and pull proofs on the actual substrate, because the same file prints differently on scrim, wall vinyl and aluminum. Send your brand values or a printed sample and we will match to it, then keep the profile on file for reprints.
Banners and simple graphics can print and ship in two to three business days once artwork is approved. Rush work inside 48 hours is often possible because production is ours. Installation is scheduled separately and depends on site access.
Both. Many clients take print-only for their own crews, and we ship kitted and labeled by location. When we install, the same team that printed the panels hangs them, which is why seams and alignment come out right.
Use our file transfer link rather than email. Vector artwork in .ai, .eps or .pdf is preferred, with fonts outlined and images linked or embedded at final size.
