The Gantry engaged EPI-Colorspace to refresh aging graphics around the building, including exterior window graphics, the garage entrance, and two large wall graphics in the garage. The original graphics had been in place for years and were beginning to show visible wear, making the property feel dated.
These graphics covered highly visible areas of the property, so the refresh was about more than simple replacement. It was an opportunity to elevate the building’s presentation and reinforce a stronger impression for tenants and visitors.
EPI-Colorspace partnered closely with the client to evaluate the existing conditions, confirm the best path forward, and ensure the updated graphics delivered the right balance of appearance, durability, and fit for the space. From proofing through production and installation, our team focused on clear communication, careful coordination, and a high standard of execution.
Over four days on site, we removed the existing graphics, prepared the surfaces, and installed the new package across the property. The result was a cleaner, more polished presentation that refreshed key visual areas of the building and reinforced the quality of the property experience.
